The quiet location
There was no restaurant in the hotel although there was a nice terrace. There was only one restaurant open in Zuoz on that day.

We had an incredible time staying at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, from the moment we arrived until the time we left. The location of this beautiful palace in the heart of the town added so much charm to our experience. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and a flat-screen TV. We also loved the fact that they had a terrace where we could sit and enjoy the beautiful views. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast was a delightful treat. The staff were always polite and helpful, making sure that we had a memorable stay.
In conclusion, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The hotel offers a range of services and amenities, including sauna, swimming pool, and spa lounge, all of which added to our relaxation and enjoyment.

The old house is being successively renovated and expanded. The lift, which I have known for 60 years, amused me and should now be replaced. Too bad the restaurant and bar were closed. Despite the lack of management at the moment, the staff were excellent and courteous. We would love to come back!
The minibar was WARM!!!

Located near the train station, this hotel is easy to get to and situated in the peaceful center of an Alpine village. the charming old rooms are spacious and bright with modern conveniences. Guests can enjoy an excellent breakfast with lots of choice and good coffee. the hotel includes attentive and accommodating staff at the reception and some rooms have beautiful views.
Some guests might find the hotel unhygienic due to soap dispensers in the bathroom.

The room
With these services, no **** hotel. Dinner is not possible during the season. Internet connection not available. (currently being set up). Friendliness at reception minimum. . I will never book again, although I am in Engadin on business 4-5 times a year.

the decorations matched the festive spirit, and the outdoor snow-covered surroundings completed the picture. the breakfast was substantial and of good quality, and the restaurant's dinner menu had some interesting choices. the hotel's location was excellent, as it was close to the ski slope and in the heart of the town, making it convenient for shopping and eating. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, always answering our queries with a smile.
The hotel was outdated and needed refurbishing. the furniture was old, and the bathroom was small and cramped.

We stayed in a spacious room with a terrace overlooking the valley. The proximity to the National Parc was great and Zuoz was a good starting point for hiking and cycling. With St. Moritz nearby there was also plenty of other activities. The food in this hotel is excellent and the staff extremely helpful.

The hotel is in a beautiful place with really quiet surroundings. The bathroom was very good with the room having a good mixture of old and new.
Check in was not that nice as I had failed to prebook an early breakfast due to a Rad marathon in Zernez. The hotel was organising this in so people could go to another place and the receptionist said that if they had known in advance they could have done the breakfast in the hotel. This was discussed the moment we entered, it could have waited.

The hotel was in a great location, perfect for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable and had a stunning view of the mountains. We also enjoyed the on-site spa and the free parking.
The heating in the room didn't work properly and we were freezing all night. The bathroom was also poorly designed and smelled musty.

Nice newly refurbished rooms and bathrooms with great views of the mountains and the very pretty village of Zuoz near St. Moritz. Very helpful and friendly staff. Delicious food. Altogether very good value for money.
The outdoor pool could be larger.

This hotel is very old...it can evocate the past...it has charm and confort.I just regret there was not a Bar....a place where it is easy to drink something.....of course I should have asked for it......but there is a restaurant ... a big saloon to sit but not very "cool" such an atmosphere where we can stay a while and relax....!
